Beach with Buddies

We are less than a week away from our big move back to San Diego so we are soaking in our last days of warm, sunny beach days.  Earlier this week E and I met up with some friends for a day of fun in the sun.  One of the best things about Kauai is that the beaches are never crowded!  Maybe it's because the weather is warm year round.  Or maybe it's because there aren't that many people here.  Or maybe it's because there are so many beaches.  Whatever the case, we have been spoiled these past seven months and we are so very grateful.

Anyways, here are some pictures from our beach day with friends.

E-Man has been showing interest lately in boogie boards.  This time he actually hauled it out to the water and was fighting the waves trying to get on it!

After many valiant attempts, he surrendered to the surf and settled for pulling it.

Aside from my incredibly swollen feet (it was even hotter than usual outside ;)), it was a perfect beach day.
